How Can You Access Our Services? 
Our friendly dieticians are conveniently located from Brisbane to Gympie for in-clinic visits and we also offer the option of mobile home visits or video conference consultations ​if it's not possible to come into one of our clinics. Whether in person or remotely, let us help you on your journey towards achieving better health and wellness. ​

How Do You Apply for NDIS Funding?
If you are currently not receiving support for your disability, you can do so by contacting the NDIA to request an access form. Once you have applied, it typically takes 21 days to be notified on whether you have been accepted into the program or not. Once you have been accepted, you can contact our NDIS Dietitian team at Simply Nutrition Dietitians to book in for your initial consultation.
