NDIS Dietitian Brisbane
Simply Nutrition Dietitians is a team of dedicated, warm professionals focused on understanding and listening to your needs for improved health. 
We offer in-clinic and home visit services throughout Northern Gold Coast, North Brisbane, South Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Caboolture, the Sunshine Coast and Gympie. In addition, we offer industry-leading telehealth services Australia wide. 

Our specialist dietitians support weight loss surgery individuals, NDIS participants, corporate organisations and individuals looking for assistance with enteral nutrition, weight loss, diabetes, disordered eating, irritable bowel syndrome and much more.

Kate founded Simply Nutrition Dietitians in 2011 on the Sunshine Coast which now has multitude of clinics from Gympie to Brisbane providing services to individuals, corporations, businesses, groups and sporting organisations.

Caitlin’s passion for nutrition and dietetics developed alongside her love of food and cooking, as well as a drive to work in the health industry. Her journey became even more personal when she was diagnosed with coeliac disease, inspiring her to deepen her understanding of nutrition and help others navigate dietary challenges with confidence and creativity.

​Stacey’s passion for nutrition started when she developed an interest in optimising her own nutrition for her sporting endeavours. Since then, she has developed a love for empowering individuals to achieve a happier and healthier life through food by prioritising realistic strategies and an individualised approach.

As an allied health assistant, Kristy provides vital support that supplements the work of Occupational Therapists and Dietitians, ensuring comprehensive care for her clients. Her dual expertise allows her to offer int egrated support that enhances quality of life, focusing on both daily living skills and overall health. Additionally, Kristy is an Eating Disorder Peer Support Worker, offering compassionate, lived-experience guidance to those in recovery.
