Good humans. Great dietitians. Ready to support you with practical, evidence-based nutrition care—so you can rebuild trust with food and your body.
If you’re concerned about eating disorders or body image, we’re here to help—at any stage of recovery.
We recommend care with a GP and psychologist alongside dietetic support.
Support for Eating Disorders
Our specialist dietitians support people experiencing binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. We’ll meet you where you are and tailor care to your goals and medical needs.
Who We Work With
Individuals, families and the people who support you.
How Can You See Us
Our dietitians are available from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane. If you prefer, meet via secure telehealth—so you can access support anywhere in Australia.
ANZAED-Credentialed Dietitians
Our ANZAED credentialed eating disorder dietitians, Caitlin and Alana, have specialised training in evaluating and managing the nutritional challenges associated with eating disorders. They collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support safe, coordinated care.
The Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) advances training and standards across Australia and New Zealand. ANZAED-credentialed clinicians are recognised for meeting education, supervision and practice requirements.
Lived Experience Recovery Peer Worker
Kristy provides compassionate, lived-experience support alongside your dietitian. Recovery can feel overwhelming—Kristy offers personalised peer sessions so you feel heard and supported.
Peer sessions complement dietitian care and are not a substitute for clinical appointments.
