Caboolture & Morayfield dietitian FAQs
Where is the Caboolture clinic?
We consult at Pumicestone Village Medical Centre, Shop 7/1 Ardrossan Rd, Caboolture QLD 4510.
Do you see clients from Morayfield and nearby suburbs?
Yes. Many of our clients travel from Morayfield, Caboolture South, Bellmere, Burpengary, Beachmere, Ningi and Bribie Island.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book without a referral. If you have a GP Care Plan or other referral, bring it along so we can help you use it correctly.
My GP referral names another clinic, can I still use it?
Often, yes. If your Medicare EPC referral is current and written for dietetic services, you can usually use it with us. If you’re unsure, our admin team can check the details before you book.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer secure video appointments Australia-wide. It suits busy schedules, travel, or if you’d rather be seen from home.
Can you work with my GP or specialist?
Yes, with your consent. We can provide brief updates and coordinate care so everyone stays on the same page.
Can I claim rebates through Medicare or private health?
Many clients can claim through private health extras. Medicare rebates may apply when you have an eligible GP referral. If you tell us what you have, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you support NDIS participants?
Yes. We support plan-managed and self-managed participants, and we can provide service agreements and reports when needed.
What should I bring to my appointment?
If you can, bring recent blood results, a medication list, any referrals, and notes on what you eat on a usual day. Even a quick phone note is enough.
