What to expect from our dietitians
- We pride ourselves on taking the time to understand who you are and what your heath related goals are.
- We will go through your medical history and medications (ask your doctor for a medical summary before seeing us as this will help).
- Ask you to recall the food that you usually eat- keeping a food diary for a week before your appointment can be really helpful as it can be hard at times to recall what you have eaten.
- We will ask you about what physical activity you participate in.
- Will explain the role your diet plays in relation to your health concerns.
- Will help you identify and overcome food-related barriers that have stopped you from achieving your goals in the past.
- Will answer your questions and put your mind at ease and ensure you're not rushed.
