Standard Consultation

30 minute initial consultation: $75.00
20 minute review consultation: $65.00

Rebates for part of the consultation fee are available through your private health fund's "extras" cover. Check with your provider for more details.

Care Plan Consultations

Extended consultations (see below)

**Available to patients with an eligible care plan through the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme. Discuss your eligibility with your GP. Under the EPC scheme you may be entitled to a maximum of 5 bulk-billed / rebated sessions with your dietitian. Bulk billing is available for patients holding a pensioner/concession card (must be shown at the time of the consultation) and at certain clinic locations. Please discuss your eligibility for bulk billing with the Simply Nutrition Office.

*Extended Consultations

Consultations with your dietitian are scheduled at 30 minutes for initial sessions and 20 minute for review sessions. If you would like to spend more time with your dietitian then an extended consultation can be arranged when making your booking. An extra 30 minutes will be allocated to your consultation and an additional consultation fee of $50.00 is payable at the conclusion of your session. An extended consultation fee may also apply to specific conditions or dietary requests such as a personal weight gain meal plan for the purpose of sports nutrition that require more time for the dietitian to develop. DVA Gold Card Holder Consultations

No charge***

*** All DVA gold card holders with an appropriate referral (D904) will incur no charge for dietetic consultations. This excludes residents classified as high care in Residential Aged Care Facilities. Payment methods we accept

We accept cash, credit cards and eftpos. We ask for payment to be made on the day of your consultation.

Cancellation policy

As some of our clinics have waiting lists for patients who would like to book in, please give our office at least 24 hours notice should you not be able to attend your consultation. Failure to attend without giving any notice will incur a $50.00 fee. An invoice will be posted to your address and must be paid within 10 days of receiving it. This fee is not refundable through Medicare or any private health fund. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before a review consultation will be scheduled.
